Under Florida Board of Governors’ regulation 8.002, all State University System schools are required to provide students with side-by-side tuition and fee comparisons for continuing education programs. This helps students easily see and compare the costs of similar or related programs.
Education and general funds come from the state to pay for general instruction programs. The market tuition rate is set to match similar programs in Florida or other states. These programs don’t get state funding and cover their costs through the tuition they collect.
